Whenever we celebrate Katie's birthday we celebrate Pamela's too -- Pam is exactly 10years older than Katie!
No birthday celebration would be complete without going around the dinner table and naming qualities we admire about the birthday girl (or boy). We think Katie is fun to be around and makes everything she does FUN! Katie is sensitive to the needs and feelings of others. Katie is a hard-worker and amazes us with the amount of activities she is able to juggle. Katie always looks cute!
One of our favorite comments came from Cassidy this year. Kristin took a couple of girls to brunch with Katie during the day. Cassidy commented, "Katie always tries to do what's right and sometimes asks, "Do you really think we should do that?"
We are so grateful that Katie has that balance of "Good" and "FUN" and that she is a part of our family.
EASTER
We didn't do Easter baskets this year, but Kimberly did make and frost a bunch of yummy sugar cookies and we did dye Easter eggs -- a first for our family. Luckily the Glenn girls came over and showed us how it was done. We then had a delicious Easter dinner at the Clarks! HAPPY EASTER!
