We spent a fun 3 days at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. We stayed right on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, walking along the beach and the cliffs, eating at yummy restaurants per David's reccomendations, playing tennis, going to the San Diego Temple, and just relaxing on the beach.
It was the perfect time to go as most of the year end activities were over. Carie and Courtney finished tumbling and did a great job at their recital.
Matthew finished his basketball season so we didn't miss any games. The only thing we did miss was Matthew's speach for Highland Student Body President. Kimberly went for support and taped it for us. He won, so now we have a president (Matthew), two vice presidents (Katie and Carie), and a publicity chair (Kimberly - BYU NSHLA Club)in the family. I told ET maybe it was time for him to get involved in politics.
