MLK Weekend

Courtney talked us into going to the Suns game this weekend to see her good friend and neighbor sing the National Anthem. We arrived at the ticket counter about 6:55pm. There was a long, slow-moving line ahead of us. Kristin tried to explain the situation at will-call to see if we could buy tickets there, but the employee just motioned to the ticket line. A man in the lobby had two tickets, when I asked how much he said, "Take them and run. You'll be able to make it." We thanked him profusely and entered the arena and found our seats on row 21 center court! We made it just in time to hear Brooke sing! She was AMAZING!

There was 1 seat left in our section and ET bought it. He missed the National Anthem but we all enjoyed the fun evening and will always remember the gerosity of the man who gave us his tickets!

Courtney and Brooke at half time!

What a cool story! I love to hear these kinds of things. It reminds me I need to try and be that kind of person more. Thanks for sharing!!
